Sentinel-5p from the last two weeks are missing in colhub.met.no due to a synchronization error. We are retrieving the data in the back end now and will ingest it into the front end when all products are retrieved.

Update: The production has resumed this morning, Friday 21st January. New NetCDF products are now being produced for both new Sentinel products and for those acquired during the incident.

A hardware failure occured in our computing room on Saturday 15th January at 11 am UTC. As a consequence, we have been unable to create new NetCDF products for satellittdata.no. Older products are not impacted by the failure and are available as usual.

Due to some syncrhonization issues with the data repository, we had some delay in the delivery of Sentinel-1 products for the 22nd and 23rd of September 2019. The issue is now fixed and the data is coming in on a regular basis.

Som users experience every now and then to not get the products ordered using the transformation service. We have found out that there are two reasons for this happening:

We just upgraded the search interface for satellittdata.no/en/metadata_search. Some new functionality has become available:

• Reformatting of data through the Transformation service. I.e. you can now order a product in both netCDF and GeoTIFF.
• Shared search. You can now share your search with others by clicking the "Search ID" button on the bottom of the page.
