Som users experience every now and then to not get the products ordered using the transformation service. We have found out that there are two reasons for this happening:
- The interal communication between the transformation service and satellittdata.no sometimes fail.
- When a user send a large (e.g. all variables with no subsetting) request in the transformation service and asks for reformatting to GeoTIFF, the request can end up to consum more memory than availalble on the transformation service and hence fail.
The first reason is the most dominant of these two. We are looking into solving this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
